Increase Your Visitors Through Articles

November 3, 2008

Websites need visitors and most likely the easiest (and least expensive) ways of achieving this are with article marketing.

The entire aim of the article is for people interested in it to follow the link, you have put at the foot of the page, to the website of your choice. Popular web sites are the best because it should give your article a good deal of exposure, within a comparatively short time you should start to experience more traffic at your site.

Big, well visited web sites are in general trusted so if your article is accepted, it should improve your reputation as well, This believability will enhance your trust which is very important on the Internet.

If you do this article marketing and submission procedure on a frequent basis, people will start to look for your content and trust your work. This is why it is so important to show people that you know what you are talking about so they trust the material you provide in the area you write about. In time your website’s ranking with Google and other search engines will increase from the number of incoming links you have, by default this will increase the number of organic visitors you receive that have searched for something your site has information on.

If you have quite a few other sites that have set up links to your website then it increases your sites ranking, which in turn will boost up your traffic stats. This is of course will be completely free advertising and can be done over and over again.

Article marketing not only allows links in the body text of the article but in the resource box at the foot of the page. Your article must have good content if you want it placed in many sites as this in turn will link back to your own website which of course will increase the website ranking. It is not unusual for Google and other search engines to take months before they start to list a website. Ordinarily however, a steady submission of articles can speed the procedure up, especially with the back links from authority web sites.

The articles on your site is what brings the search engines and therefore visitors so hence part of your content marketing campaign should be to continually add fresh content to your site. Bear in mind that when people come to your site, they are not likely to want your product without learning more about it. Visitors are searching for information so the more precise and truthful you can be about whatever it is you are promoting the better. It is once they have entered your site where you have the chance to sell to them.

Once on your site it is not a difficult thing to show your visitors what it is you are selling. Doing it this way sees to it the visitor is not mislead and is happy to be shown what you have for sale. This helps with preventing the dreaded refund request that happen on occasion.

If you want visitors to your websites then you must continue your article marketing this way, do not think for one minute that this is will be a success if it is only done the once! The aim is to have other website owners link their site to yours in addition to using your content as well, Don’t forget, your article will contain information that people are searching for. You cannot dismiss just how effective article marketing is at getting people to your site for free, All you have to do is ensure your content is ‘on topic’ and unique to have constant visitors.

I have a painless way to sponsor

November 2, 2008

If the marketing techniques your using on the internet are failing your home business, its has to do with the choices your making, and probably not a thing to do with your choice of business.

Your up line might be failing as well, and your probably using a lot of the same marketing techniques as they are. That’s even if you keep in touch with them on a regular basis.

If this is the case, I have to tell you that was the exact same thing happening to me when I first started in network marketing. I was being told to do the same marketing things over and over, and they have worked for everyone else.

I pretty much threw in the towel, when I came across what I call a marketing life saver. Within a week I was back to my senses seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, and moving quickly towards it.

My problem getting interested prospects were over. My business was really starting to take off, and all because of a handful of videos sent to me free right to my email box. These put me in the right direction of the way its really suppose to be done.

If you spend a little time and learn this formula, you can really flip a switch and generate endless leads, and instant cash for your network business using the internet. I would recommend putting everything else aside and start doing this as soon as possible!

Maintaining Your Pay Per Click Advertising Campaign

November 2, 2008

You finally have everything together. Your have done your keyword research and have set up your campaign for the next 6 months. But here is the challenge, how are you going to maintain your campaign? This is something that many advertisers neglect to think about.

Ideally it would be great if you could just set up your campaign and leave it alone. However this will not work. In reality you will need to track and test every ad for performance. There are many ways that you can do this.

Traffic and sales can be accessed by tools from Google Adwords itself. This will allow you to know just how much traffic and sales a particular keyword may be giving you. Remember one thing, robot traffic will not produce sales.

So why go through this extra hassle? This is because, if your ad is not performing well, it is costing you money, and will not bring in profits. In other words you are paying for useless traffic. Even if no sales are made you will still be paying for each click.

Luckily you can rectify the matter and take steps to reverse a poor performing ad. If you have done your work right your ad will have a position within the first 5-10 pages of search results. If positioning is good then you should address the keywords for the ad.

People’s first choice is a popular keyword. They feel they will get lots of traffic by using these types of keywords. The problem is that most of these popular keywords are not targeted to your specific market. They are the ones that searchers use initially but will not always be the ones they should be using.

Searchers using these general words are themselves confused about what they specifically need. They are shoppers and not necessarily buyers. The best keywords will bring in traffic from those who are shopping but will also target your specific market.

Searching with your own keywords is a smart thing to do. You may be taken aback by your results. Access the top 10 websites and see if they match your website. If they are not specifically in your market you may be using the wrong keyword. This calls for some adjustments. A bad keyword just sends empty traffic and will result in decreased sales and profits.

It is important to look after your campaigns and keep a close watch on them. This will give you an indication of how well your keywords are doing and which ones should be replaced. When you choose effective keywords you will have profitable pay per click campaigns that will help your business prosper.

Lose Weight While Eating Healthy Chocolate?

November 2, 2008

When you think of losing weight, the word chocolate does not generally come to mind. However, thanks to some new developments it could in fact be possible.

We have recently been hearing about the benefits of dark chocolate and what positive effects it can have on your body. While dark chocolate is healthy, the majority of the chocolate sold in stores today is very unhealthy. The reason for this is that these chocolates are chocked full of sugars, fats, and preservatives. None of which have any positive benefits to your overall health and wellness.

Another problem with traditional forms of chocolate is that a large percentage of its positive nutritional contents are lost during the heated manufacturing process. About 80% of the healthy antioxidants are destroyed during this process.

There is a company that has come out with an alternative to these unhealthy, poorly manufactured dark chocolates. Xocai is a division of MXI Corp. and is based in Reno, Nevada. They have brought to market an all natural, pure form of cacao that maintains its nutritional value through the manufacturing process. Rather than heat the cacao, it is cold pressed. This allows the dark chocolate to maintain its healthful properties.

The company Xocai has brought to market 6 products. They are the X Powerhouse Cookie, X Power Squares, Omega Bars, Activ, a Protein Bar, and Nuggets. These products are made with unprocessed cacao powder and combined with the acai berry and blueberry for added taste. The products are full of healthful benefits such as flavonoids, antioxidants, high ORAC value, high fiber, and low sugars. They are safe for diabetics as well as vegetarians and vegans.

You might be asking yourself, “What does this have to do with me losing weight?” Studies are on the rise, including one from Japan, that conclude that the intake of cocoa may combat weight gain. Although there are several factors leading to this, two of the most helpful for weight loss are gene regulation and the potential mood elevating effects of cocoa. The helpful chemicals from these studies suggest that because you may feel more energetic, it will lead to increased exercise, and result in weight loss.

The studies suggest that there are several biochemical processes going on in your body. In addition to that, you are also indulging in a far more healthy, organic chocolate. Let’s say that you eat a piece of healthy dark chocolate rather than a 3 Musketeers Bar. What different effects do you think that the 2 would have on your body? The differences are clear. The healthy dark chocolate contains positive benefits such as being low in sugar, fat, and calories. Where it really stands out is the high levels of fiber, antioxidants, ORAC value, and flavonoids. We don’t even need to examine how much of a difference this is from the unhealthy 3 Musketeers Bar.

An added benefit is that you don’t have to give up taste either. The formulations that Xocai has put together for their line of healthy dark chocolate products has mass taste appeal. People are sharing their positive testimonials as to the fantastic results that they are seeing with the products. Because of this, I feel that it is beneficial for you and your family that you look into how the Xocai healthy chocolate can be good for you.

It’s Not Your Fault That You Are Afraid To Join GRN

November 1, 2008

Ever take a long look at a business owner? They are financially independent, confident, and free from all of the garbage that being someone’s employee brings with it. Maybe they’re driving the car you’ve always wanted, or are living in the house in which you’ve always pictured yourself, and you’re a bit jealous. You can’t help but think that “sure, he can afford those things-he owns his own business.”

We are absolutely comfortable explaining somebody’s successes by this “having his own business”-thing, and, yet, the idea of becoming one of this people terrifies us like nothing else.

Go ask any of your friends if they would be interested in joining you in a home based business - without any preparation they will give you at list five reasons why it’s not going to work. They have never done it, they have never known anybody who’d tried it, but they know for sure that “You are going to lose everything on that.”

Why do we act this way? What happened in our past that we’ve become so conditioned to fail? Why is the failure so obvious and understandable for us? When has it become a default outcome of any situation?

It’s a hard question to answer but take a look at the way we all learn things and you’ll begin to see a pattern.

Our system of teaching, the Prussian System, trains us-whether we realize it or not-to be good emploees. It gives us the skills and molds our minds to work for someone else!

All through our school years, even up through university, we are taught to be upright citizens within society, to conform and find a job, waste the next four or five decades toiling away for a boss who doesn’t really care about us. The only thing we’re working for is a retirement that will allow us simply exist without bumming money from our loved ones.

It’s classic reward-anticipation behavior-like Pavlov’s dogs. To advance in life, we are taught that we need to be a good employee and provide hard work for our betters.

We are told that there is nothing un-dignifying about that, quite opposite, receiving a pat on the back and a few bucks from your boss is a good thing, mainly because this is the only way to make a living.

Do you ever wonder what happened to all of those crazy dreams you had when you were little? Did you ever dream about being a filing clerk, a corporate accountant, or your boss’s lackey? I doubt it. You wanted to be a race car driver or maybe a pilot, didn’t you?

Because in school and college you were explained that, it’s impractical, you need to make money and provide for your family, and you need something real, like to become an engineer or an accountant.

Before you know it you are already employed by somebody and already complaining about not being able to afford the lifestyle you want and the things you want. Few years down the road it becomes normality for you and next thing you know you are teaching you kids to follow your steps.

You know it’s true. You’re parents shaped you into what you are today just as you are shaping your children. But what will happen if you break that cycle and turn your future around?

By turning things around I mean becoming your own boss and regaining control of your future!

It so scary! Mainly because it’s something new, something you’ve never done before.

Those fears are doubled when the business is an Internet-based one. Are the good things you hear all exaggeration? Are the bad things all true?

That’s where the “Comfort Zone” comes to play.

How do we learn anything?

There is only one way - repetition. Remember, you try to write, it looks awful in the beginning, but you keep re-writing the same word over and over and become good at it. By now you don’t even think how to do it, you just know.

That’s the same way you learned to talk, to read, to play, and even to make money.

Through repetition you become who you are as well.

Maybe the only thing that gets you through your day is thinking that the position you are in now is only temporary. You drag yourself to work early in the morning, smile and make jokes with a boss you don’t respect and don’t really care for, you listen to your co-workers as they gripe about the same things that keep you up at night, all the time dreaming of that big break you’re going to get a little ways down the road.

Someday, maybe sooner than later, your eyes will open and you’ll see that, without your knowledge, you have become a cookie-cutter representative of everyone you share an occupation with. You own the same style of car, wear the same clothes, speak the same language, and even have the same hobbies!

Repetition teaches us the thoughts and actions that define who we are and separates the aspects of our lives in familiar and unfamiliar.

The former will feel comfortable and friendly, and the latter will cause your brain to give you a burst of adrenalin, letting you know that you are stepping out of your comfort zone.

A minuscule amount of adrenalin can change the way you think and act. Don’t let a chemical choose your destiny!

“It’s in the moment of making a decision when the destiny is formed!”-said Tony Robbins.

It is that feeling of discomfort that comes from doing anything new that will keep you from stepping out of your routine and toward the life you really want to live.

Your friends and family will gladly help you with this task!

Your income is an average income of seven of your closest friends. Look around yourself: you don’t hang out with anybody making significantly less than you, because you don’t quite understand their lifestyle, and you don’t hang around people making significantly more than you because you don’t have anything in common either.

Ask any of them about starting a new business venture and earning six figures a year and you’ll get blank stares, excuses, recipes for failure, and panic. They don’t know anything about any of that and can’t help you get there either. All you’ll hear is that it just won’t work, that stuff like that never really happens.

The sad part is, you’ll grasp at all of those excuses and cop-outs as a way to get yourself right back into your comfort zone.

“People are having hard time letting go of their suffering. Out of fear of the unknown they prefer suffering that is familiar.” Thich Nhat Hanh wrote these words hundreds of years ago. Did he write it about you?

You’ve heard all about Global Resort Network, have read, watched, and listened to all the testimonials of people who have success dealing with them but you’re still not ready to take that next step. You can’t let your life be ruled by what-ifs. What is something goes wrong? What if this I can succeed? What if I do succeed?

Let me tell you a story.

Before my first Tae Kwon Do tournament fight I went to my instructor, Master Shilkaitis, and told him that though I wanted to compete, but I wasn’t sure that I was ready. He told me that I “would never feel one hundred percent ready. It’s just a matter of finding the strength and desire to win and overcoming your fear.”

I took a third place for a spectacular knock-out with a round house kickto the head. It doesn’t happen even in the black belt category every day. I was so frightened, that I still don’t remember how it happened!

I could go on and on with all the explanations and motivational speeches, but you know the concept already: it’s a decision that you have to make consciously!

Nothing will change on its own! If you continue doing what you’ve been doing, you will continue getting the results you’ve been getting!

Change your life today!

You’ll be nervous in the beginning but over time that nervousness will go away because just as repetition leads us into those comfortable ruts so too can it help us learn new ways of doing things.

Choose to live the life you want to live!

Maybe the next time you hear someone’s jealous remarks about being able to afford those fancy things, they’ll be talking about you!

Internet Marketing and Delegation

November 1, 2008

Why do most entrepreneurs fear delegation so much? Partly because their businesses are their babies and they think that only they know what’s best for them. It feels awkward, even dangerous to leave their baby in the hands of strangers. All of those what-ifs pop into their brain and before they’ve even thought the issue through, they’ve ruled out delegation altogether. Part of it is also the mistaken belief that they need to work harder to succeed. They feel that the hours, effort, and anxiety they put into their business, the more they will get out of it.

Let’s take a look at the first problem. You’re right to feel that your business is your baby. You brought it into being and you alone are responsible for it. To a certain degree, you do know what is best for your baby.

Having been through a number of businesses myself, I’ve come to realize that we often have difficulty telling the difference between the business concept itself and the dirty little things that are involved in actual production or manufacturing process.

We somehow feel obligated to be a part of every little thing that goes on in our business and “have” to know everything that is going on at any one time. We’re taught that’s the way it supposed to be if we want our business to take off.

Nothing could be further from the truth!

A lot of the time, it’s this attitude and idea that drive most small businesses right into the ground.

Step back and look at things from a different perspective. What is the essence of a business? Why did we want to be business owners? Was it the sheer joy of providing fresh bread or superior toilet cleaning services to customers? Or was it the ability to make money doing something we actually liked?

It’s the money! It’s the profit that we want to receive from our business! That’s the main reason we quit our jobs and become entrepreneurs!

That’s why, before we start any venture at all, it is important to know if the business even has a chance of becoming successful or if we’ll just be stuck baking bread for the rest of our lives.

Ultimately, your task as an entrepreneur is to invest available recourses at a rate of return that exceeds your cost.

That’s where it gets tricky! What is your cost of all the parts and components of your business? Are you sure you are aware of it? Are you?

Everything has a price and those prices just keep rising. If you don’t learn that, you’ll never survive! There are no free rides.

Know where this road’s headed? You got it, the value of your time!

What really hurts many small business owners is their Inability to put a definite price on the time they spend working for themselves. They fall prey to the misconception that if they do the work themselves, it doesn’t cost them anything! This kind of thinking sucks you in by making you believe you are “cutting costs.” What you don’t realize is that they wouldn’t have to cut costs if they had had an accurate budget to begin with.

Haven’t you met business-owners who never has time available or money available because “You know, we run our own business, things are tough?”

Things are not supposed to be tough unless you make them this way!

The key is having an accurate budget. Allowing time and funding for an accountant? How about a cleaning service? You’ve at least got a receptionist, right? How about a loading-unloading crew? What, you thought it wouldn’t cost you anything if you did it yourself?

One more time: everything has a price! Your involvement costs money!

As an average small business owner you want to make average small business money, right? It should be high six- low seven- figures per year, on average $1,000,000.00 per year (according to John Assaroff), or $420.00 per hour!

So, every time you do anything for your business other than making a decision, you should ask yourself: “Can I buy it for less then $420.00 per hour?” and if you can - you should!

Another problem is - what if you can’t? Then you have to be honest with yourself - your business idea does not have enough upside to support itself and you should immediately abandon it! And by “immediately” I mean IMMEDIATELY!

After all we start our own business to eliminate things that we don’t like about being employed by somebody else: lack of financial freedom, lack of geographical freedom, lack of ability to spend time with our family, lack of ability to travel, lack of ability to contribute.

If you start your own business and still don’t get any of those benefits, what’s the point?

Robert Kiyosaki explains the difference between a business and a job this way: if you can leave it for a year and find it still running and even grown when you come back - it’s a business, if it dies the next day you leave - it’s a job!

So when we are talking about home based business we should be open to the idea of delegating most of the activities to outsourcers: article and press-release writing and submission, link building, social media communications, message boards and forums postings, content development and distribution, etc.

You may think that delegation entails losing some aspect of control, but in reality it’s about gaining control.

Do what you are the best at - business development and strategizing - and let somebody else handle all the technical details.

I remember, in the beginning of my real estate investing I was flipping houses: you buy a falling apart house, fix it up and sell hopefully making some money at the end. I was trying to do everything myself, because you can’t let somebody else mess it up! It’s my baby! Nobody else can hang drywall better than I can and nobody can install a new toilet the unique way I do it!

It took me such a long time to finish each and every house and when the potential buyers cam round, all they did was nitpick the place and complain. They never noticed all of the hard work that went into bringing the house back from the grave. It was just another house on their list to visit that day.

And at some point I partnered up with a group of people who had been flipping houses for quite a while as well and, seeing how attached I get to the house we were renovating, they shared with me their approach: they would actually make an effort not to be at the property during the renovation process, they actually hired a project manager to supervise the process and to avoid the need for them to be at the property. They were subbing out everything, focusing only on acquisition and selling aspects of the business. This approach allowed them to avoid falling in love with each property and to become the biggest company on the market within literally a few months!

I have another great example for you.

Back home, in Russia, we have this belief that has been around for decades: you have to grow your own potatoes, because if you do it yourself - it’s free. I’m not joking!

I remember how every year we all had to participate in this weird activity: no matter how wealthy you are, no matter who you are, everybody was getting really involved in planting and growing potatoes. We would plant it manually and harvest it in the fall by manually digging it out of the ground! It was a lot of work!

I would always ask my parents why they didn’t just buy the things at the grocery store. They were dirt cheap but my parents would always answer that by growing the potatoes themselves they were free.

I hadn’t been to college yet, but I was already feeling that it wasn’t the way to go, that this one-sided self-sufficiency was wrong, but I couldn’t figure out why everybody was still doing it.

Finally, when I had gone off to college, harvest time came around. I told my family not to worry about the harvest, that I could handle it myself. “Are you sure” they asked. I could tell they were really feeling awkward about it because harvesting your own crop was “the in thing.” “Sure,” I said. “I can handle it.”

I remember I went down to this place where jobless men used to gather and offered them some hard cash for their labor. They had all of the potatoes harvested before the day was over.

I didn’t tell my family what happened because they would consider it almost sacrilegious!

Plus, they were so proud of me!

And, eventually, in college, I learned that I was right, when I read in the book the words that I remember by heart: “A world of individual self-sufficiency would be a world with extremely low living standards. Trade allows people to specialize in activities they can do well and to buy from others goods and services they can not easily produce. Specialization and trade go hand in hand because there is no motivation to achieve gains from specialization without being able to trade goods and services produced for goods and services desired. That’s why economists use the term “gains from trade” to embrace the results of both.”

So I was right!

It sounds like poetry to me!

One more time: you don’t have to do everything in your business and you don’t have to be good at everything in your business!

As John Assaroff told me: “Hire people who play at what you have to work.”

The faster you learn how to delegate, the faster you will be able to develop your business to the point where you can finally move to Costa Rica, learn how to surf and get to spend day after day on the beach with your family relaxing and drinking those fruity drinks with little umbrellas!

You are a business owner! That’s what you do: you own your business!

Let somebody else handle the technical aspects and that’s when you will experience the freedom you started your business for in the first place!
